During our ownership, Clarion Partners Holdings LLC was a U.S. real estate investment management firm with approximately $40 billion in gross assets under management offering a broad range of real estate strategies across the risk/return spectrum to its domestic and international institutional investors.

The investment in Clarion was realized in April 2016 when it was acquired by Legg Mason, Inc. (NYSE: LM).
